Step 2: Choose the Meeting Mode
Select your preferred mode of meeting: In-Person, Callback, or Online. Please note that available meeting modes may vary depending on the service. Ensure you select the correct menu option to prevent any cancellations or delays.
Step 3: Pick a Date and Time
Choose your preferred date and timeslot. Please refrain from booking multiple future meetings to prevent occupying slots that others could use. The system will automatically cancel duplicate appointments.
Step 4: Enter Personal Information
Complete the form with your details, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled. In the comment box, provide your Lead or SR number and describe the assistance you need from the Jafza expert for better service.
Step 5: Confirm Your Appointment Click “Confirm Appointment.” You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with details, including links to cancel or modify the appointment, a location map for in-person meetings, or a link for online meetings.
On the Day of the Meeting
In-Person Meeting:
Arrive 15 minutes early and check in at the kiosk or use the Check-in link in your appointment confirmation or follow-up messages.
Callback and Online Meeting (Soon to be launched):
Check-in using the link in your appointment confirmation or follow-up messages. The Jafza expert will contact you for callbacks at the number you provided. For online meetings, please join using the provided Teams link.
